The headquarters of the Fundació Joan Brossa is located in a part of what used to be the Seca Real or the Royal Mint of the Crown of Aragon, a building documented for the first time in the mid-15th century, and located in the El Born neighborhood, Barcelona. The Fundació opened the doors in this building in 2018. It has an open-plan exhibition space.

The Joan Brossa Foundation is made up of a work team with humanistic training and transversal skills; the Center d\'Estudis Joan Brossa, which provides content for the entity\'s programming; and the Board of Trustees that gives prestige and impetus to the organization.
