Jaume Fàbrega i Colom, despite being an art historian, is considered one of the most important gastronomic critics in the country. Eudald Camps is one of the critics and historians of contemporary art who knows best the artistic production of the second half of the twentieth century and the twenty-first century of Girona artists.

 

In this conversation they will analyze the culinary and artistic moment of the country during the period in which Carol Goodden (co-founder of the FOOD restaurant in New York together with Matta-Clark in 1971) discovered the local cuisine of the Empordà, a fact that take a deep breath.
