After the screening we will talk with Philip Rizk about “Terrible Sounds” where he proposes a re-evaluation of the images that surrounded the openings of Tutankhamun’s tomb and the contraposition of two narratives about Egypt’s national “liberation”. Following his trajectory, we will delve into the process of creation, and explore the dialogue between image, music and history.
