The Reworlding Systems laboratory presents the biological archive of Barcelona’s latent landscape as it gradually develops until becoming visible to the human eye. Ecosystems of bacteria living in symbiosis will be created from the city’s soil and wastewater based on the exploration of organic and inorganic materials that support the development of technology. Each of the participants will convert these ecosystems into their own living sculpture with the aid of the artist.
